Terms of Service

By contacting, scheduling, or using the services of Cabanas Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Cabanas Solutions provides professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Post-construction cleaning
• Residential cleaning
• Commercial and office cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Pressure washing
• Disinfection and sanitization
• VCT floor waxing

All services are performed as described in your agreed-upon service plan or quote.

2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are confirmed upon mutual agreement between the client and Cabanas Solutions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergency situations, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases and work to find the next available time that suits you.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the service date. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees.

4. Cancellations

We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, clients agree to:

• Provide safe and clear access to the service area
• Secure pets and valuables before the service
• Inform us of any special conditions, sensitivities, or hazards
• Ensure someone is available to grant access at the scheduled time

6. Limitation of Liability

Cabanas Solutions carries liability insurance and is fully licensed and insured in the state of Georgia. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will work promptly to resolve the issue. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided in the affected appointment.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
